2. You must lodge your redemption claim here and mail a copy of the form to: AXIMCom Bonus Hardware Promotion, 19 Aldenhoven Rd SA 5160.
   
   
3. All redemption forms must be fully completed and accompanied by: the original barcode cut from the base of all cartons and a proof of purchase (an original or copy of your receipt). All of these documents must be received by 12th April 2010.
   
   
4. These offers apply only to Australian residents and cannot be combined with any other offer.
   
   
5. All claims are subject to availability of stock and AXIMCom reserves the right to supply an alternative product of similar value. No cash alternatives can be claimed.
   
   
6. The cost of postage to send in your redemption form is borne by the end user customer.
   
   
7. AXIMCom assumes no responsibility for redemption forms that do not reach it by the closing date, eg: delays in the mail.
